Prep:
* Exfoliate 24 to 48 hrs before hand with a gentle scrub to get rid of any dead skin to reduce ingrown hair growth.
​* Stop using RETINOL products, aha'a and bha's on your face 48 hrs before waxing, as you can be prone to high sensitivity in that area.
* Do not use moisturisers, deodorant and fragrance the day of treatment.
* To prepare your skin for waxing, grow your hair out at least 1-2 weeks so it's about 1/4-inch thick, which will make waxing it more painless and effective.

Aftercare:
* Wear loose fitting clothes
* Exfoliate
* Moisturise
​* If using retinols or acids you could switch to serums enriched in hydrating ingredients, such as hyaluronic acid, fir the next 72 hrs. This gives time for the skin to rebalance and strengthen for any retinol and acid products.
​* No perfumed products for 24hrs
* For 24-48 hours after your wax its advised that you do not go swimming in a chlorinated pool
* Shower is recommended over bathing
