Sports massage is a firmer massage than swedish. Its faster movements with stretching actions and massage movements to elongate the muscles.
Generally used in aiding sports performance but can be used to decrease general aches and pains in the body. I also advice on stretching and posture adjustments to help improve pain and posture.

I do recommend Rossiter Stretching/workouts, which are very deep and is my go to as a pain buster ie, sciatica, frozen shoulder. Arm & back pain etc
