Aftercare Advice
It is advisable to avoid water/swimming for at least 2 days after treatment.
Very occasionally the ears may feel a little more sensitive to the environment on the day following treatment. Avoid cold winds and draughts if possible or place a small amount of cotton wool in the ear entrance.
Never poke at the ears with cotton buds or other instruments as you may damage the eardrum.
Reduce the intake of diary products if you suffer from sinus problems, as these create excess mucous in the body.
Cut down on caffeinated drinks and alcohol, as these have a diuretic effect.
Instead increase intake of water, herbal teas or fresh juices to keep all the cells of the body hydrated and assist the process of waste removal
