Drift away as your stress melts away. We hold alot of stress in our head, neck and upper shoulders leading to headaches, tight scalp, aches or pain. Relax on warm massage bed with lava lamps and soothing music on and enjoy your bespoke treatment.
Starting with gentle leg pulls and deep breathing. Moving then to the scalp for a massage using Indian Head techniques and myofascial release techniques where tension is felt. Working into the neck, stretching and gently pulling to elongate the neck muscles to working the top of the trapezium muscle along your shoulders with more gentle slow stretching. Your Face massage again is bespoke for any tension or issues you may have with deep jaw work and stretching if needed and massaging all the muscles of the face to release your tension. We then finish with your feet and again gentle leg stretching.
