This is a professional business and does NOT offer or entertain requests for 'extras'.
*Booking fee required for all bookings, (bank transfer information given to you when booking). Please do not leave money at Dewsbury sports centre reception desk.
*Bookings require 50% booking fee.
*Bookings made less then 48hrs before booking and evening bookings (from 6pm) require full payment.
*Less then 48hrs cancellation /rescheduling require full payment regardless of weather or illness etc.
*Treatments with a voucher that are missed/non shows, are considered used and will be charged if rebooked.
*Please keep to your appointment time. When you book a time slot/appointment you are charged for it even if you reduce the appointment on arrival due to lateness etc. Time is organised for room prep and cleaning for the next person.
*Offers and Prices are subject to change without notice.
*Special offers are limited and have set times please do not exceed these
*All offers are individual and can not be used in conjuction with other offers or discounts. Any reference numbers, coupons, discounts, media or other deals/offers/vouchers must be mentioned at time of booking your appointment.
*Please contact me if running late for appointments, If possible I will try and give you your set time but must honor the next clients appointment time too. Full charge will still be required.

(Mobile residential appointments are on hold at the moment. *Mobile prices are dependent on location and a travel charge will apply so please ring for quote. I travel to Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and Huddersfield areas. Basic extra mobile charge starts from £25 locally depending on treatment and travel costs
Mobile bookings on or after 6pm are an additional £10 and require full payment a via bank transfer and paypal, info given when booking).

I am a therapist helping people in pain for over 17 years, this is my full time job and not a hobby, when appointments are booked they are part of my business plan and budgeting to pay my rent, bills, fees, insurances, running costs, further studies (required for insurances and association memberships) and a wage. Please respect the booking, payment and cancellation process and be mindful of the impact a late cancellation or rescheduled appointment can have on a small business and other clients wanting an appointment.
