ROSSITER STRETCHINGRossiter Stretching Workouts
This is a deep stretching technique and one that got me out of pain when I trapped a nerve being a mobile therapist carrying heavy equipment. By applying pressure to an area we work through a sequence of stretches to open up your body and get space back in there. Pain is quickly and significantly reduced. There are some Contraindications like inflammation, also those that have had injections will work twice as hard to get half. Your range of movement is increased and takes a day or two to settle down, so weight training of that area is not advised afterwards. Please contact me to chat about how this could benefit you.
